Customers love how our cleanses and reboots boost energy, improves digestion, reduces bloating, and leaves them glowing from the inside out. It’s the perfect reset to shift your cravings toward wholesome, plant-based foods while supporting natural detoxification.

We believe in nourishing your body, not depriving it. If you're hungry you can start with moving up when you drink your next juice. If that doesn't do the trick, we recommend healthy fats like an avocado toast or some nut butter with an apple, a protein smoothie is great option as well.

We include a nifty booklet that includes suggested order, tips to get the most out of the experience and how to come off your cleanse.

We designed the cleanses as an opportunity to deeply nourish your body by flooding it with micro nutrients, helping remove toxins, healing your gut and a wealth of other benefits . . .but the calories are too light to hit a hard work out. We're thinking long walks not power lifts. BUT! We get it - when you're on a roll with working out you don't want to stop. So in that case, we suggest you add in a protein smoothie directly after your work out so you're not hangry later. :)

We aren't maniacs! Unless you have a specific goal to remove all acidic things from your diet, or are using the cleanse in conjunction with a plan to get off coffee, we say leave it in - exactly as you like it! In fact, a little coffee in the afternoon can be all you need to power through when you hit a little slump.

A meal rich in fibre is best. Grains, lentils or beans, plus lots of veg is something to consider. A great meal the night before is our Rainbow Nourish Bowl - a delicious, nutrient-packed meal that pairs perfectly with your cleanse.
