When it comes to most things, I love a lotta garlic and this soup is no exception! One of the gifts my mother-in-law passed on in the kitchen is to always double the garlic - it’s the Dershin way and I take the responsibility very seriously. :)
We originally made this as a limited time fall soup, but so many of you absolutely loved it, I figured you might love the recipe as well!
