CLASSIC GREEN JUICE RECIPE
in a blender or a juicer!
If you have ever tried our Classic Greens you will know it’s packed with green veggies, with just a touch of apple to balance without being overly sweet. Add in the extra twist of lemon, it makes for an absolute classic.
This recipe contains the magic trifecta of juicing - apples, lemon and ginger

INGREDIENTS
makes one 16 oz serving
- 1–2 apples (depending on sweetness preference)
- 3–4 stalks kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5 stalks celery
- Few sprigs parsley
- Small knob of ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- Note: Always juice citrus fruits separately and add them at the end to avoid a pithy flavor.
IN A JUICER
- Combine everything except the lemon juice. Add the lemon at the end.
IN A BLENDER
- Combine everything except the lemon with 2 cups of water. Blend well, then strain. Add the lemon and enjoy.
