JUICE GUIDE

GOOD LIFE’S RAW + COLD PRESSED

Guide to Juices

Helping someone find their perfect juice is one of our favourite parts of the biz. There really is a juice for everyone and everyone’s needs!

Your perfect match awaits!

KEEPING IT RAW

Since 2014!

We’re proud to be keeping our juices fresh, raw and unpasteurized since the very beginning. There’s nothing quite like the taste or effects of a raw cold pressed juice.

100% VEGGIES

Detox Greens is our #1 best selling fruit or veggie juice and loved by many. We often refer to it as the healthiest juice in the fridge. A fantastic option for those who love a green juice on an empty stomach or looking to heal their gut and reduce inflammation. Whereas Detox Greens is easy to drink and loved by many, The Veggie One is more of an acquired taste thanks to the heavy hand of ginger.

IN THE MIDDLE

When a Detox Greens is just a little too much veg for your liking, these 3 all-stars are veggie forward with just enough sweetness to make them incredibly popular. Classic Greens is by far the staff favourite and Roots Remedy has become many gym-goers favoured pre work-out. It’s also great for liver and kidney health! The Rachael is perfect for a fruity anti-inflammatory option.

The Rachael is also a do-gooder with 100% of her profits going to charity.

FRUITER JUICES

We often refer to Glo as our ‘kids juice’ as it’s by far the most popular with the little ones. Supa Greens is amazing for picky eaters who are willing to try a green juice - it’s an awesome option for converting skeptics.

MEDICINAL

Fight Club is what we are most known for on Vancouver Island - because it works! If you feel a cold coming on, or someone around you is sick, you can rely on Fight Club to keep you healthy. If you’re already sick it will help clear your sinuses and give you an energy boost. Whereas Fight Club fights colds, Charcoal Lemonaid is amazing for tummy upset. It helps with gas, bloating, indigestion or for those suffering from food poisoning, hangovers, Crohn’s or Colitis disease. Charcoal is given to hospital patients who have been poisoned (in way bigger doses of course) as the poison will bind to the charcoal and be removed from your system.
