ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Good Life Juice reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Good Life Juice reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

DELIVERY POLICY

Good life Juice is not responsible for the loss or damage of our products after they have been dropped off at a delivery area of your choice. If for whatever reason, the security or concierge at your building, if applicable, refuses to accept the delivery and/or deny entry, Good Life Juice shall not be responsible to re-deliver the product and shall not provide a refund for the product. If delivery and/or entry is denied, then Good Life Juice will allow for pickup of the product.

REFUND POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be received no less than four calendar days before your start date. Example: If you are beginning your cleanse on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Thursday at 12pm. Customers can put their cleanse on hold or transfer it to a friend. The customer must contact Good Life Juice at least 4 calendar days before delivery of order is due. Otherwise no refunds, transfers, OR credits will be issued. The customer, or the person it was transferred to, must use the cleanse within 90 days from the original purchase.
