CREAMY GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
My favourite way to enjoy this dressing is with with 1 head of chopped green cabbage a few green onions and a few chopped cucumber. AKA the viral green goddess chopped salad recipe from a few years ago!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup chives
1 cup spinach
2 cloves garlic
1 small shallot
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cashews
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
DIRECTIONS - Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor, blend and enjoy!
Stores in the fridge for 5 days!
GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE
I recently made this when working on the Cactus Club Dupe Recipe for their Med Bowl and fell in love. A little goes a long way and think of it as a way to add some garlicky zing to your veggies as opposed to a dousing a salad in it.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
4-5 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS - Add everything to a blender and blend till smooth.
